Why isn't the paid pricing set yet?

Syttra is in private beta. We're using this period to understand real usage patterns before committing to numbers. You won't wake up one morning and find surprise charges — anyone who uses the beta will get notice and a grace period before any paid plan activates.

What counts as a 'page'?

One successful fetch + clean of a unique URL. Failed fetches (404, blocked by robots.txt, ToS violation) don't count. Retries of the same URL within the same job don't count twice.

Do you store my scraped content?

Results are cached for 24h so you can fetch them with your job ID. After that the content is deleted. Job metadata (URL, status, timing) is kept for 30 days for debugging. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Can I self-host?

Not yet. The open-source option may land post-launch for Enterprise. Write us if this is a requirement.
